About The Store

The Trinity Health brand store creates a friendly and convenient one stop shopping experience for colleagues across our system. The items offered have been carefully selected to proudly express our Ministry's brands in support of special events, meetings, health fairs or colleague recognition, etc. 

Our partner, eLead Promo, is dedicated to helping us achieve a new level of marketing effectiveness and corporate social responsibility through our branded items. eLead is one of the nation’s leading providers of promotional products and brand consulting. They are committed to presenting ideas that best fit our promotional needs including, top trending items, eco-friendly options, and in-a-rush categories.  

The products you'll find in the store incorporate a variety of branded options such as logowear, tote bags, pens, mugs, padfolios, power banks, etc. Should you have a special need for a product that is not offered in the store, please consult with your marketing and communications team.

PLEASE NOTE:  Among the several product offerings, apparel and select bags can be purchased at a minimum of 1. Production for these orders are currently estimated at 10 – 15 business days from when the order is placed. The minimum and maximum quantities for each item are shown accordingly. However, should your event require additional quantities, please reach out to your designated account manager for more information. Production times will vary depending on the item.

How to Navigate the Brand Store:

  1. Select your Ministry: Choose your ministry by utilizing the drop-down “Shop by Ministry” menu on the main page. You can also access your store directly from your Ministry specific URL.

  2. Browse Product: Select your product category from the left navigation or main page buttons. Once a category is chosen, you can browse related product offerings.

  3. Add to Cart: Click on the item you're interested in.  For most products, you'll see a price range based on quantity and logo color (full color vs one solid color). Choose your imprint color, input your order quantity, and add personalization if applicable for apparel items. Then, click “add to cart.” If you are looking to order multiple items, follow the same steps until your cart is complete.

  4. Check Out: Once you have added all items you are looking to purchase, review your cart and choose “Checkout”.

  5. Login: Create a login for new customers, or sign in if you are a returning customer. Follow prompts for shipping information, shipping method, billing information, and payment method—Please note all items can be ordered using a purchase order number or personal credit card. For corporate purchases, P-Cards are not accepted and a PO must be secured.

  6. Submit Order: Please review all information for accuracy before clicking submit. If a rush is required, please Contact Us or call (888) 679-1305 to be connected to an Account Manager before submitting the order through. We can then confirm that your urgent date can be met and if any additional costs will incur.

  7. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email order confirmation based on the items in your cart. If paying via PO, you will also receive a “Sales Order” in your email within 24 hours. This Sales Order document should be submitted into Lawson/Coupa. Once a PO is processed and approved, it will be sent directly from procurement to eLead Promo (within 48 business hours). Upon receipt of the PO, your order will be processed.

Each Ministry has a dedicated account manager ready to answer any questions you may have or assist you with a custom order as required. Please note that custom orders may be subject to the approval of your marketing and communications dept. to ensure brand compliance.
