Return Policy

Due to the fact that all items are customized with your Ministry's logo on both apparel and hard good items, eLead's return policy is no returns except for the following:

  • Apparel size exchanges on prepaid one-off purchases only. If you order online with your personal credit card and need to exchange for a different size, please download the return form linked below and follow the instructions. Bulk orders of apparel purchased with a PO, cannot be exchanged for size. In that case, a new PO would need to be submitted for any additional pieces. Note: if the apparel has been worn or it has been over 30 days since you received your order, we cannot accept exchanges.
  • If an item is lost or damaged.
  • The item does not match the approved specifications.
